Pleasant shopping surprise
Let me start by saying that my past experiences in mobile phone shops have not been great. Staff have often given the impression that they know very little about their products, couldn't be bothered with the customer and would prefer to be otherwise engaged - perhaps doing something they were good at.
Imagine my surprise when I recently visited this store, where I met a courteous and informative assistant who went out of his way to show me the latest phones on offer. He particularly recommended a Nokia N97 Mini, available for €129 on a silver upgrade, pointing out its various features, strengths and weaknesses. He then went on to show me some other phones in the same price range. There was no sense of being rushed, even though the store was quite busy. I had intended to ask him some questions about the free turn-by-turn software for my current phone, the Nokia E71, but was embarrassed to because he'd spent so much time with me already. On the downside, the store had a relatively sparse range of the latest phones.
